Refund policy
Flowar Petal® stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered to our customers, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of delivery, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
- There is no visible signs of damage
- All original packaging is intact
- Any sign of damage will compromise the Flowar Petal® guarantee
Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

Case-by-Case Basis: We evaluate each return request individually to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.

Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind about your purchase. Please make your selections carefully.

Product Issues: If you encounter any issues with your item, such as defects or damage, we may accept the return based on the video or photo proof you provide. Please contact our customer service team with detailed evidence of the issue.

Return Shipping: All returns must be sent to our New Jersey facility at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once it has been received. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Item(s) cannot be returned after 30 days of purchase.
If you received the wrong item or wrong quantity of items, please contact Flowar Petal® Support. In the case that your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be issues after validation. Refunds will not be issued.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@flowarpetal.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address where you will send your package back to us. Return shipping costs are covered by customers. Without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Any returned item that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. Returned items that show malicious and/or intentional physical damage is not covered under this policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note, after 30 days of order marked as “delivered”, we are no longer able to process returns or replacements.
